I liked it alot but im having a hard time linking it to hiphop because of the low pitch sound, it makes the song more of a "medley" in my ears.

You´r right. It hade probebly got higher scores as an Miscellaneous - loop. The drums has almooast a mot rock feeling than hip hop.

i had just got that thing out of my head! is this from the "metal is made of foam, lazers are just stupid sound effects" dr who or the newer episodes "that runs on a slightly larger budget"?

These are clips from the older Dr Who series e.g Tom Baker, Pertwee etc. They don't make much reference to Jellybabies in the newer ones, copyright issues?.
